I bought a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ben was so easy to work with and quick to respond and make it a quick, smooth transaction since I live an hour and a half away. I knew exactly what I wanted and he made sure I got exactly that! My vehicle was ready to go when I got there and all the staff was so kind! Ben and Troy were so welcoming and took their time from start to finish. No pressure or pushing extras that I did not want. It was a great buying experience and I have nothing but rave reviews and would recommend them to anyone!

Our sales team, Cody and Troy were fantastic to work with. Cody was very knowledgeable about the truck we had in mind and was very pleasant to work with. These guys along with the manager made the sale of their truck feel very comfortable. For the 11 vehicles we have purchased new from four different states we lived this was by far the best experience in a vehicle purchase yet. I would greatly recommend them to anyone.

Amy and Troy are awesome people to work with and they do everything they can to help you out with any and all information you ask. Definitely recommend going there to get excellent service with finding a vehicle. Nobody there tries to push you to get a vehicle and they try hard to get you what you are looking for and try to keep the payments as close as they can. My wife and I have worked with this dealership many times and have not been disappointed. Again definitely recommend this dealership to get what you’re looking for or what options are available at that time.

Even while under-staffed, Ben, Troy & their team were wonderful to work with! We never felt brushed aside and all of our questions were answered. We drove a long distance to view an available vehicle - and Ben went above and beyond to give us the best idea of what we could anticipate for our trade-in - which they then honored upon our arrival! It was so refreshing to do business with real people; no slimy sales tactics - just integrity and human-to-human interaction. They were also able to provide us with a payment plan that fit our needs - and a stellar extended warranty plan! Grateful for a smooth and comfortable experience with our vehicle purchase!! First time visiting Eide and buying a vehicle from them but I couldn't have felt more comfortable and impressed. Avery and Troy were great to work with and even easier to get along. I'd recommend giving Eide a shot if you've never been there. I'll be going back in the future.
