I recently purchased a 2025 Ram 1500. After searching for a specific model, I located one at this dealership. Unfortunately that vehicle sold but Danny worked his magic and found me another quickly. They made the process very easy and worked around my busy schedule. I live outside of Detroit and had concerns about buying a vehicle states away but the transaction went perfectly. The trade in amount was exactly as discussed with no surprises and the truck was even better than expected! I originally thought I had a poor experience here due to lack of communication from the dealership. I fortunately got things straightened out as all communication was getting routed as if they were advertisements. Thank you James for being patient and understanding.

We purchased a vehicle in January 2024. After a lot of market research Eide had the lowest price on the model we wanted by a couple thousand dollars. We started working with Amy and James and they allowed us a decent amount for our trade (not the best offer we received, but reasonable). Once we got to the finance office Troy was a straight shooter and used a good approach in explaining products.

I saw the EIDE emblem on a vehicle in front of me at a car wash in Cloquet MN and decided if someone that far from Pine City felt it was worth the drive to EIDE Auto then we would too and sure enough it was worth the drive. Linda and James were very understanding, helpful and transparent from the get go and all the way thru the process of ordering and keeping us up to date on the progress of our Durango order out. The Durango is fulfilling all our expectations.
