Q. What do you enjoy most about working at Eide?

A. It always comes back to the people for me. We're truly a team here and it feels good to have relationships with each other. 

Additionally, our processes at Eide are very clear and optimized. Through it all, we continue to focus on providing excellent customer service, which is evident throughout every single department. Eide focuses on moral values rather than business values, which is something few other businesses can say. 

Q. What is the management team doing to engage employees at Eide? 

A. When employees are hired at Eide, we make sure that everyone knows what’s expected of them at work. This consistency and transparency creates happy employees that have good relationships with their coworkers. 

Eide also believes in developing our employees throughout their entire time here –– building people from the ground up. While not everyone has the most experience when they begin, we strive to train and develop our employees so they feel confident in whatever they are doing, and more importantly, enjoy the work they do for us. 

Nori - Reconditioning Department

Q. Why do you believe Eide is a great place to work? 

A. It’s just a fun place! Everyone is very serious about doing their job, but we still want to enjoy being here. It’s a good balance!

Eide also believes in developing employees and promoting from within. If you want to switch departments and develop your skills in a new role, Eide is very willing to work with you to help you find the right fit. 

Q. What do you enjoy most about working at Eide?

A. The people. I’ve never worked somewhere where I get along with everyone. We’re a family here!

Q. Why is Eide Chrysler a great place to work? 

A. Eide is the only dealership I’ve been at where the management sets the tone. It’s more than a work environment here, we’re a family and really help each other.

A. I enjoy coming to work every day and knowing I get to be with my friends. It’s a comfortable and fun atmosphere here!

A. At Eide you won’t find the corporate pressure environment that you often see at other dealerships. They value you as a person, not just as an employee. Overall they take a better approach to their people. 

Additionally, the future of the Eide group is positive and forward-thinking. They have big ambitions and are going about them the right way, not just the easiest or flashiest way. 

Q. What do you enjoy most about working here? 

A. I like what I do in the parts department and enjoy knowing that there isn’t extensive pressure to perform a certain way. We’re free to make our own decisions here.
