Meet our new Service Advisor, Jocelyn Rarick!
Jocelyn joined our Eide family in 2020 as a Detail Specialist. In 2021, she became our Cashier, and this September, she was promoted to Service Advisor!
“What I’m most excited about moving forward as Service Advisor is getting to learn more about vehicles in general, and gain more knowledge and experience to aid in the growth of my career,” says Jocelyn.
Jocelyn’s favorite thing about working at Eide Chrysler Pine City are her friendly coworkers, because they make the job less stressful, are all willing to help, and they have been able to create a great work environment.
“I would like to thank Mike Johnson and Tom Fischbach for giving me this opportunity to move up within the company, and seeing the potential in me that I see in myself,” says Jocelyn. “I would also like to thank all of the technicians, who have been extremely helpful and patient with me during this transition.”
“Finally, I would like to thank Gale Kozak. Gale has been one of my biggest supporters, and has always given me the push of confidence when I need it. She helps me to understand how everything works together in this industry, and I wouldn’t be where I am today in my career without her.”
“Jocelyn has a strong and compassionate work ethic,” says Alex Johnson, Assistant Service Manager. “Her ability to stay organized, take on multiple responsibilities and keep customers happy through the entire process is nothing short of remarkable. It’s an honor to have her on our team and I’m excited to continue watching her grow within the company.”
In her free time, she likes to spend time trail riding with her friends, being outside, and playing the piano.
