You’ve likely met our recent Employee of the Month if you have scheduled a service appointment here in Pine City. Mike Wolff is a service advisor on our team who, as his boss puts it, “goes above and beyond.”
“Mike is a phenomenal employee,” says Tom Hayes, Service Manager. “He’s here early and stays late. Although he’s technically a service advisor, he will do whatever is needed — like fixing our boiler system or changing oil on vehicles himself when the service technicians are backed up.”
In fact, Tom adds that there’s nothing Mike can’t or won’t do around the Eide CDJR service department.

Q: How long have you been at Eide CDJR and what’s your job entail?
I’ve been here for just over six years. I’m a service advisor, so I set up appointments and get information from customers and make sure their needs are met.
Q: What’s your favorite part about working at Eide CDJR?
The people I work with are like family.
Q: What's the most important thing you can do for a customer?
It’s important to treat customers right the first time and to be upfront about everything.
Q: What's your secret to being good at your job?
It’s easy — just being friendly!
Q: How do you spend your free time?
I like to go camping or fishing, or spend time out in the garden.
