Meet Eide Chrysler Pine City's Employee of the Month for February 2022: Monica Baumhofer!

Our employee of the month from February is Monica Baumhofer.

Monica is our biller/title clerk, and has been with us since November 2021.

She has been doing this work for over 15 years before she came to Eide Chrysler Pine City, and enjoys it because she loves to solve problems. 

The greatest of Monica’s strengths is that she is very outgoing. She is easy to relate to and easy to talk to!

“Eide Chrysler Pine City is a unique place to work because of the people I work with, especially the managers,” Monica says. “The management is always allowing me to be myself, but also helping me to grow with new things every day.”

Ryne Balzer, our general sales manager, says “Monica has been such a help fixing miles of old problems, and always works hard and efficiently to get the job done. She also brings up the competency and work levels of everyone around the office, and is a great pleasure to work with.”

In her free time, Monica likes to go 4-wheeling, camping, gardening, and spending time with her family.
